Houseneeds.com COVID-19 Update – 5/15/2020
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. Also the Post Office is having extreme delays for shipments.
Houseneeds.com would like to take this opportunity to update our customers on our efforts in accordance with all local and federal mandates for keeping our employees, their families and our professional partners safe during this time of global concern.
Also, it will be easier and quicker if you place your order on-line as we have reduced our hours to 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Easter Time.
Houseneeds.com is currently operating on an essential personnel only crew, so we ask for your patience if you experience difficulty getting through to a Customer Service or Sales Agent on the phone. Due to an over-abundance of calls, we suggest that you either leave us a message or e-mail us at our contact us page. All messages and e-mails received by 4 pm M-F EST will be answered that day. All inquiries received after 4 pm EST will be answered as soon as possible the morning of the next business day.
We have taken several steps at our Vermont based operations to maintain consistent and timely processing and shipping of our customer’s orders. Houseneeds will continue to ship orders Monday through Friday for as long as we can.
For local Pick-ups, we ask that you Call us (802-583-2726) and make arrangements for Delivery to your car at our 151 Mad River Valley Waitsfield VT address.
While serving our customers in a timely fashion is extremely important to us, balancing that with the safety of everyone in the Houseneeds.com family is our primary concern. We will be proactively monitoring every aspect of this unfortunate situation and will continue to take the necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.
