After 24 years, the time has come for Houseneeds to close our doors. As a thank you to all our customers for their incredible support, Houseneeds is offering 30% off EVERYTHING IN STOCK!
INFORMATION ON THE SALE: The sale will begin on May 22nd. The price shown on our website will be the regular price. Once we process your order - we will deduct 30% from the order. You will then receive an updated order receipt e-mail order showing the updated lower cost. This sale is first come first serve - if there are any stock issues with your order, we will email you to let you know. You will then have the option to adjust or cancel the order. You will see the Quantity Available on our website - if it says zero - then we are out of stock. If there is nothing there that says Available - then we may have stock and will process your order if we do and email you if we don't.
Remember—The Houseneeds Retirement Sale is first come first serve with limited quantities available, so please be quick to respond to our email.
All orders will ship out via USPS or UPS. Orders that require LTL truck Shipping may require an additional fee. Most Orders over $200.00 will ship free, ground shipping costs will be added to orders under $200.00.
All orders are non-returnable - so make sure you really want it before you buy it.
During the Retirement Sale, our phones will be turned off – To contact us, please go to Houseneeds.com and click Contact at the top of any page. You will be able to leave a message as well as request a call back. Please allow us up to 48 hours more or for us to return your call.
Orders will be placed on a first come basis and we will try to get all orders out within 2 business days. We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship. If you want to pick your order up at our Vermont Warehouse - you must place the order on-line and then we will email you to let you know when you can pick it up. No walk-ins are allowed other than to pick up orders.
Also we will only be shipping to the lower 48 states and Alaska and Hawaii - But not shipping to Canada, No Checks or cash - Credit Cards only.
