The Bosch Ariston GL2.5TI and GL4TI Thermostat Retrofit Kit Part number 7738006452 is a new retrofit kit that is used to replace the discontinued Ariston GL2.5TI and GL4TI Thermostat number 7738006452 or part number 994062.

This Thermostat Replacement Kit essentially converts an Ariston GL2.5TI and GL4TI into a Bosch Tronic 3000T ES2.5 or ES4, respectively. The case of the legacy Ariston electric mini-tank water heater remains, but all of the internal components, including the thermostat, heating element, anode rod and gasket/screws are replaced. Several plastic casing parts are included in the Thermostat Retrofit Kit in addition to these internal parts that may or may not be used.
