Example of Heatlink & Viega Pex Plumbing Install

Example of Plumbing with PEX tubing using our HeatLink PEX or Viega PEX Tubing. Simplier to install, uses less water with the home run method and PEX last longer than copper.

The Blue PEX Tubing if for cold water and Red PEX Tubing for warm - but the PEX is not different - just colored for easy indentification.  You can use 3/8 PEX Tubing for most residiential connections such as shower head, toilets, regular sinks, dishwasher and more. 1/2 Inch PEX Tubing should be used for outside spigots, bathtub faucet and more.

The above example uses what is called the Home Run Method, as all fixtures are connected to the PEX Manifold at the left of the picture. You can use the Home Run Method or a hybrid with traditional plumbing methods and the Home Run Method. Your choice.
