Takagi Tankless Water Heater - Low NOx - 190000 BTU - Natural Gas or Liquid Propane - TK-310U-I.
The compact Takagi TK-310U-I is a fully modulating, gas fired, non-condensing tankless water heater perfect for residential applications. The TK-310U-I can produce enough hot water for up to three bathrooms in warmer climates and two in colder climates. It also complies with Ultra-Low NOx regulations of less than 14 ng/J (<20ppm). The Takagi TK-310U-I is for indoor instlations and can be direct vented or take inside air with the change of a dip switch.
Takagi TK-310U-I comes with a built in Temperature Controller and a factory installed power code as a standard feature. Comes in Natural Gas and is field convertible to Propane Gas with the changing of dip switches.
Number of showers this unit can handle, depending on ground water temperature and flow rates (6.0 gpm at 50 Degree Temperature rise - see Brochure for more information).
