JJM Alkaline Technologies latest innovation, the K-Series condensate neutralizers are ideal for most residential and commercial condensing appliance installations with lowest inlet on the market. The K-Series blends industrial strength with a lightweight and compact inline tube design.

Purpose-built for the heating and plumbing industries, K-300 Series condensate neutralizers are equipped with the lowest inlet on the market and an installation kit with the flexibility to install with hard-pipe or poly tubing. JJM’s proprietary end-cap design enables fast and easy maintenance during routine replacement of our pH Power Pellets media, reducing downtime and service hours.

JM-Series Boiler Condensate Neutralizer Kits and Tubes increase pH and reduce acidity. Each increase of 1.0 in pH is a 10-times decrease in acidity. The pH of condensate is increased by approximately 1.0 to 3.0 after passing through NB neutralizing tanks. (This is a reduction in acid concentration of from 10 to 1000 times.)

Recharge Tanks regularly. Tank should be recharged when pH level moves below 5. The pH should be checked regularly (at least twice during the first year of operation) to determine the required recharging schedule.

This may require recharging as often as twice per year for high-usage systems, such as boiler systems equipped with indirect water heaters.  Boiler/furnace applications for space heating only (no DHW) may require recharging only once per year.
