Bosch Singular 4000 combi boilers are the "singular solution" for efficient, dependable home heating with up to 6.0 gallons per minute of domestic hot water production. Depending on incoming water temperature, Singular 4000 can run up to two showers simultaneously. Singular is a wall-mounted combi boiler that can be used in many hydronic heating applications. The Bosch Singular 4000 small, lightweight form makes for easy installation, and the stainless steel heat exchanger system offers excellent performance at a cost-effective price.

Bosch Singula 4000 puts out 80,000 Btu's for Heat 155,000 Btu's for Domestic Hot Water at 95% AFUE rating.
