Overview
Cash Acme SharkBite Ball Valve 1/2 by 1/2 Inch use a push-fit connection system. Sharkbite fittings are the fastest, and easiest way to join Copper, CPVC, or Pex pipe in any combination. Disassembly of a connection is just as fast using the simple disconnect tool (Demount Clip). SharkBite Valves can even be rotated after assembly for easier installation in tight spaces.
Sharkbite fittings are made of DZR (dezincification resistant) brass which provides a strong, durable fitting that is corrosion resistant. The SharkBite fitttings are designed and certified to ANSI/NSF-61 and ASSE 1061 product standard for use in potable water and hydronic heating water distribution.
