Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. Also the Post Office is having extreme delays for shipments. Also, all overland trucking are running late and delays are expected from advertised shipping times.
Houseneeds, Inc ships most items via Fedex and some smaller parts (especially small Bosch repair parts) orders by USPS. Some larger items require overland trucking service. These items will be indicated on the product page and on the Shopping Cart page with a Red truck symbol. If the Red truck symbol is not there then we will likely ship the item via Fedex Ground or USPS. (see below for approximate trucking charges for products).
In general, you should receive Fedex / USPS deliveries within 10 business days of placing your order.
We ship most orders the same day if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for instock items only. Some items are indicated as longer delivers on our site and if an item is back ordered - we will email or call you within 2 business days. We ship from the East Coast and Midwest so delivery times will vary. Check the list of products below for the expected delivery time to your shipping address. Or click the "Contact" link and tell us your zip code and what you plan to order. We will let you know how long the expected delivery time will be. Products that are shipped by Overland Truck will take longer.

Free Shipping Policy:
Houseneeds.com offers Free Shipping on Orders within the contiguous US that total over $200 with these exceptions 1) Orders that ship by Truck and 2) Some products that are considered oversized by Ground Freight services. Items that ship by truck and/or do not qualify for free shipping will be marked in the shopping cart so that it can be clearly seen which items on an order are eligible for free shipping and which ones do not. For orders over $200.00 that include both eligible and ineligible merchandise, the products that qualify will ship for free. If for any reason, an order that shipped free is returned to us, the original shipping costs shall then be deducted from the eventual refund. Please read our return policy for more information.

Generally, shipping outside the lower 48 requires Fedex Next Day Air, Fedex 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail service. Canadian Residents please note:
All orders shipping to Canada ship via Fedex or overland trucking for larger orders. We do not offer USPS shipping service to Canada due to too many lost packages. Shipments to Canada may incur brokerage fees. This cost is not included in the Houseneeds shipping fee and it is the responsibilty of the consumer to determine the actual cost of these fees.

Also, please note that if the truck shipping does not include lift gate. If you need a lift gate - please select lift gate with your order.
Delivery times may or may not be longer - generally within 14 days. Residential Deliveries are generally left at the "End of the Driveway" and the Trucking Company will call for delivery times - you must be present for all deliveries. We will inform you by email of the expected delivery date once your order has been shipped.
