The Sime Murelle EV HE 30 Gas Boiler is a High Efficient Condensing Boiler that also provides domestic
hot water. The Murelle Condensing Boiler offers two heating circut temperatures. So, for example,
you can have one for hydronic baseboards at 180° and another circut at 100° for
PEX radiant heating.
This Sime Gas Boiler - Murelle EV HE 30 is a wall-mounted boiler with built-in domestic hot water will
supply hot water efficiently and economically with a a small separate Flat Plate Heat Exchanger.
The Sime Boiler Murelle EV HE 30 is direct vent sealed combustion and incorporate the
latest in hydronic heating technology. The Sime Murelle EV HE 30 is available in
ratings from 44,000 BTU/HR to 110,000 BTU/HR and up to 98% efficiency. Compact, lightweight
and sophisticated, Sime EV HE 30 central heating gas fired boiler benefits both the installer and the
user by providing the high efficiency and reliability with ease of installation.

Sime Boiler Murelle EV HE 30 Heat Exchanger
1) The main heat exchanger is manufactured in high quality stainless steel (AISI 316 LC ) to
resist the corrosive action of the condensation that is produced. Its cylindrical shape, as
well as efficiently collecting the condensate liquid, ensures that the best possible heat
exchange takes place.
2) The pre-mixed burner, also in stainless steel, is cylindrical and positioned radially in the combustion
chamber. Its "micro-flame" feature allows for a lower operating surface temperature which reduces
significantly the amount of polluting emissions(nitrogen oxides) produced.
3) Air and gas for combustion are introduced into the burner manifold pre-mixed in an ideal
balance.
4) The recovery of normally wasted energy occurs where the water vapour, present in the hot
flue gases, condenses as it contacts the cooler surface created by the return water from the
heating system
The Sime Murelle EV HE 30 Gas Boiler can be vented with PVC (In United States Only) and CVPC in either
Canada or the United States. Use either 3 or 4 inch CVPC/PVC Venting Pipe.
