A 3-pass oil boiler design is the most efficient way to get the maximum amount of heat from the
fuel, since it contains three times as much interior surface area (compared to a single-pass
Burnham boiler) to extract heat from.
The BIASI B-10 oil fired boiler is a rugged, high performance, oil fired, cast iron boiler engineered to deliver
effiencies as high as 87.3%; much higher than that of 'single pass' domestic boilers.
Utilizing a unique triple-pass heat exchanger and an extremely low mass, the B10's heating
surfaces extract the maximum heat from the combustion gasses, resulting in very
little wasted heat.
The B10 Oil Water Boiler is virtually indestructible, constructed of flexible cast iron, ASME rated at
58psi. It uses very little water compared to conventional single pass boilers such as the Oil Burnham Boiler.
Its compact design makes it suitable for installation in small spaces.
