We sell two types of Indirect Storage Tanks double heat exchangers. The
Stiebel Eltron with double heat exchangers for use with a primary and backup heat source
such as a wood boiler or solar water panels. We also sell the
Heat Flo Tanks with double heat exchangers with double stainless steel heat exchangers and stainless steel tanks.

Indirect Hot Water Storage Tanks with single or double heat exchangers
The Caleffi solar water heater has either one or two internal coils and a backup
electric heating element in the single coil units. A heating medium is passed
through the solar panels and internal coil as long as there is an adequate
temperature difference between the heating medium and stored water in the tank.
The internal coil is located as close to the bottom to facilitate the transfer of
heat even at lower solar panel temperatures.

The TDM Indirect storage tanks are used for solar hot water systems and wood boiler
systems where you need to have a siginificant amount of hot water storage. The TDM
