Takagi T-K1S Tankless Water Heater For Potable Water & Radiant Heating Applications The Takagi T-K1S has been replaced by the Takagi T-K3 T-K1S Water Heater Takagi's latest model, Flash T-K1S, is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. At just two-and-a half feet high, Flash T-K1S generates hot water as needed using just 2.2 cubic feet of space. Weighing in at only 45 pounds and with a first-hour flow rate of over 240 gallons, this compact model produces endless hot water long after conventional units have run cold. Wall-mounted inside or outside, the T-K1S provides 190,000 BTUs of continuous heat, while offering thermal efficiency of 85% using natural gas and 87% with propane. WITHOUT the remote controller, temperature can be adjusted as low as 113°F and up to 182°F, which makes it perfect for floor heating applications.
