The Bosch AquaStar 1600H Tankless Water Heater utilizes Bosch's revolutionary hydro-generated ignition system incorporating hydro technology into a domestic water heating appliance. Like a hydro dam producing electricity, the 1600H system ignites the burners when water is flowing without the need for electricity or batteries. This patented technology is only available on Bosch AquaStar tankless gas water heaters. The 1600H water heater replaces the 125HX. Bosch Aquastar 1600P The Bosch AquaStar 1600P is the right size model for most homes requiring a single major use at one time - thus this is an ideal household water heater. The 1600P offers the same high performance of the 1600H but has a standing pilot. The Bosch 1600P water heater replaces the 125B. Bosch Aquastar 1600PS Specifically designed as a backup to preheated water such as that produced by solar or wood heating systems. The burners turn off when the preheated water is already at the desired temperature. Perfectly suited for solar applications as a stand alone solar water heater or backup water heater. This water heater replaces model 125BS. Bosch Aquastar 1000P This small Bosch gas tankless water heater is ideal for cottages, camps, and other specific applications where a small volume of hot water is desired. The Bosch 270ES can be vented up through the roof or out through a side wall with 3-inch sealed stainless steel pipe or mounted outside in warmer climates with the Optional Outdoor Kit. This unit is 82% efficient and about 33% better than a new tank. The Bosch AquaStar 2700ES comes with a 12 Year warranty on the heat exchanger and 2 year warranty on other parts. |

Bosch Aquastar 125HX
This new technology generates pilot spark from the flow of water. Like a hydro dam producing electricity, the 125HX system ignites the burners when water is flowing without the need for electricity or batteries. This patented technology is only available on Bosch AquaStar tankless gas water heaters. This heater has been replaced by the new Bosch 1600H Bosch Aquastar 125FX Bosch AquaStar 125FX Tankless Water Heater. Electronic ignition and a built in power-vent. Same great heater as the AquaStar 125HX and since it uses no energy when idle, the 125FX has an energy factor of .80 the average storage tank heater has an energy factor of just .59. The built-in Power Vent is for horizontal venting only - so it must be vented out through a side wall. Optional venting parts are available. Bosch Aquastar 125B The AquaStar 125B is the right size model for most homes requiring a single major use at one time - thus this is an ideal household water heater. The 125B offers the same high performance of the 125HX but has a standing pilot. This heater has been replaced by the new Bosch 1600P Bosch Aquastar 125BO The Bosch Aquastar 125BO Tankless Water Heater supplies one major hot water application at a time, such as a shower. Built for outdoor installation with built-in freeze protection down to 5°F. No venting needed. The 125BO is the outdoor version of the 125B. Bosch Aquastar 125BL This AquaStar model is designed for recirculating to a storage tank system, for commercial water heating and for hydronic and radiant space heating up to 140° F. Bosch Aquastar 125BS Specifically designed as a backup to preheated water such as that produced by solar or wood heating systems.
