But, seriously, PEX tubing is also a great way to replace copper. PEX Tubing can be installed
quicker than copper and has a longer life span. PEX can last up to 250 years - that is our PEX-A can. PEX-B
and PEX-C have only about a 75 year life-span. Compared to copper which is generally 20 to 40 years for
L and M type copper tube. PEX rules!
- So for heating your house with radiant heat - HousePEX PEX-A and PEX-C PEX Tubing is the way to go
- For plumbing your house - use the Vanguard Viega Plumbing PEX and Vanguard Manabloc
- For running high temperature from your boiler to your floor, radiators or heat exchanger -
try our HousePEX PEX-A, HousePEX PEX-C or our Alum PEX Tubing
We hear a lot of our new customers complaining that they bought PEX piping
without an Oxygen Barrier and some of their heating components failed. Always use Oxygen Barrier PEX Pipe in
PEX Radiant Heating Systems or you will find that if you do not installed Non-Oxygen Barrier PEX you will
have to spend more money on bronze or stainless steel pumps and other hydronic systems controls.
Don't make the same mistake!
