Safelink ALUM 1/2" PEX Pipe Radiant Heating Manifold Sets These Radiant Heating Manifold Sets come with all the fittings needed to attach to 1/2 inch Safelink ALUM PEX without special tools This page is for Safelink 1/2" ALUM PEX Manifolds ONLY The manifolds are cast brass and are available with optional control heads with end switches for zoning. Left is a 4 port Premium Manifold with optional supply and return ball valves and optional Pressure Test Kit installed. Also shown are optional plastic bend supports (on the left) to help make neat installations and optional PVC bend supports (on the right) for clean exits from slabs. Safelink Radiant Heat Manifolds come standard with: 1" or 1 1/4" copper supply and return connections standard on all 1/2" ALUM PEX manifold sets Air vent/fill ports standard with all 1/2" ALUM PEX manifold sets Each manifold set comes with 2 manifold support brackets Steel mounting brackets standard with all 1/2" ALUM PEX manifold sets Adaptors for 1/2" ALUM PEX included with all 1/2" ALUM PEX manifolds Circuit balancing valves with visual flow gauges (GPM) on return manifolds Isolation valves on supply manifolds Basic Manifold Sets have PEX connections and Air vent/fill ports only Can fit within a 2x4 stud wall, only 3 1/4" deep Safelink Radiant Heat Manifolds are available with the following options: Control heads with end switches for zoning for supply manifolds Can be joined with other manifolds with fittings found below 1 inch NPT threaded supply and return connections available Safelink Radiant Heat PEX Pipe Manifolds Manual (122kb) Get Acrobat Reader for free to view manuals if you don't already have it.
