A Mechanical Modular System designed specifically for the Triangle Tube Prestige Solo 110
residential boiler. The Precision Hydronics Prestopak starter modules are available in both
pumping and zone configurations and can be assembled in a matter of minutes.
Does NOT include Prestige Solo 110 Water Boiler.

Prestopak Starter Module includes
(system pump supplied with boiler):
- 1 5/8" welded stand
- Amtrol 30 or Watts Expansion tank
- Taco 3350 pressure reducing valve
- Fill-line assembly
- 1 1/4" primary/secondary loop assembly
- 1 1/4" primary loop isolation ball valves
- Purge valve on primary loop supply
- Temperature and pressure gauge on primary loop supply
- Wye strainer on primary loop return
- 1 1/4" spring check on primary loop supply
- Bell & Gosset 1 1/4" air eliminator #112116
- Taps for Indirect Water Kit (see below)
- Secondary components ordered separately

Secondary components with
ZONE PUMPS include:
- Taco 008-F6 or Grundfos UPS 15-58FC pumps
- Isolation flanges with spring check valves
- 1" main supply and return
- End plugs with purge valves
- 3/4" pipe branches
- Temperature gauge on each branch
- Isolation ball valve on each branch
- PHP "Slip-Fit" or sweat connections

Seconday components with
ZONE VALVES include:
- Taco 0010 or Grundfos 15-48 pump
- 1" main supply and return
- End plugs with purge valves
- Oventrop 3/4" differential pressure valve
- 3/4" pipe branches
- Taco 3/4" ESP zone valves
- Temperature gauge on each branch
- Isolation ball valve on each branch
- PHP "Slip-Fit" or sweat connections
Secondary components may be special ordered using 1" flanges, pipe branches, ESP zone valves
and larger pumps.

Add-on Modules allow additional pump or zone valve modules to be added to the starter module
secondary loop. The end pieces are removed and the add-on module connects with the Slip-Fit fittings.
The end pieces are then attached to the end of the add-on module.
All add-on modules include:
- 1" main supply and return
- 3/4" pipe branches (2-way mixing modules use 3/4" valve with 1" pipe on
secondary)
- Same gauges and shut-off valves as Starter Modules
Indirect Water Kit includes:
- 1" pipe
- Taco 0010 or Grundfos 26-64 pump
- Isolation flanges with spring check valve
- Union to connect to factory-supplies DHW supply pipe on Prestige boiler
- Capped Tee on return line to connect the return line from the Indirect Water Kit
