The Taco S Series Zone Valve is a gear driven, capacitor powered valve.
The valve is basically a ball valve that spins 360 degrees. For every 90 degrees
it spins the valve is either open or closed. The mechanical simplicity of the one way
rotation of the valve makes for a extremely reliable valve.
The Taco 570 Series Zone Valves are leak proof. Beryllium copper bellows
separate system water from the atmosphere for positive and leak proof
operation. Energy saver heat motor is not constantly energized while the valve
is open. Every Taco Zone Valve is factory tested prior to shipment.
The Taco 560 Series Heat Motor Zone Valves offer a 3-way bypass version of the
Taco 570 Gold Series. Use valves in this series to control the flow to a fan coil or
terminal heating unit. Available in 1/2 inch to 1 inch sweat connections.

Taco Geothermal Zone Valves were created especially to eliminate noisy water
hammer. The Taco GT Whisper Guard operates in a totally different way from fast-acting
solenoids. How? It closes slowly and no water hammer occurs. The unique end-switch
design permits control of the heat pump by the valve. This allows movement of cold
water into the coil before the heat pump actually starts. The bronze body and corrosion
resistant internal parts provide for long, trouble-free service.

Taco Pumps are perfect for Hydronic Heating Applications for new construction and
additions. The unique replaceable cartridge contains all the moving parts and allows
the circulator to be serviced instead of replacing the entire Taco Pump. The quieter
direct drive cartridge type “00” series circulator is self lubricating, contains no
mechanical seal, and requires no maintenance. Taco Pumps come in many sizes for
almost any heating need.
